After the devastation of Typhoon Ondoy & Parma, celebrities in Hollywood and the Philippines have come together to help the victims of these typhoons. Causing floods and destruction more devastating than Hurricane Katrina, hundreds of people have been displaced as many more are still missing.

Typhoon Parma has exacerbated the Ondoy havoc causing landslides and additional flooding.

Keeping in line with the sincerity of this event, according to an email by show producer Ted Benito responded about press requests of a red carpet arrival, “I do not want to set that kind of tone for this event and feel it is not an appropriate event to have a red carpet.” However, after this reporter inquired to co-show producer Jush Andowitt of allowing photographers and media outlets access to the talent to get their sincere words of donating their time to this event, Andowitt said by phone, “This may change. I will get back to you after I talk to Ted Benito.”
