For fans of MTV’s “America’s Best Dance Crew” it would have been heaven as Fanny Pak, The Beat Freaks, Steve Terada and Victor Kim of Quest Crew and Kaba Modern attended the photo shoot party for Shoeture Sneaker Accessories this past Monday Night at The Forge in the Lincoln Heights area of Los Angeles.

No red carpet here, just a group of reality stars from MTV’s “America’s Best Dance Crew.”

Shoeture is an an accessory company that specializes in adding excite to your sneakers. You can call it jewelry for your shoes.  After working in Japan for several months, founder Grant Hooks was inspired by  local Japanese teenages accessorizing their cell phones, why not bring back his favorite worn sneakers with accessories also. Viola! Shoeture was born.

Grant Hooks sent out an open invitation to say thanks to friends and dance crews to show off their sneaker accessories at the open photo shoot. Hooks excitedly explains, “The reason for the photo shoot was for the launching our new product line, as well as highlighting our classic styles (Gold, Silver, Gunmetal). And we wanted to say “Thanks!” to friends of Shoeture for supporting our brand and rocking ’em on their shoes everywhere they go.”

Capturing the moments were photographers from Shinobi Studios. It was a fun filled night as everyone posed with their blinged out shoes. Dance crew Poreotics, winners of World of Dance San Mateo and the U.S. division of Hip Hop International, joined in the photo shoot as well. Posing and showing off their Shoeture.

This reporter’s affiliate Pacific Rim Video captured a live feed of   the photo shoot through its ustream.tv channel at ustream.tv/pacificrimvideo . Any fans of Beat Freaks, Fanny Pak, Kaba Modern or Quest Crew will enjoy the 2 hour long video clip recorded live from the online stream. Maryss from Paris of The Beat Freaks along with her colleague Lindsey, were so excited as they bantered with Pacific Rim Video host Angelica Alumia on the ustream feed. The shoot lasted until 12:30am that night.
